Diversity In india:

• India is a land of diversity. Diversity exists in the form of culture, traditions, caste, community, region, religion, language, festivals, etc. There are 122 spoken languages in our country, and if one were to count the number of dialects, it would be about 1,600! In addtion to this linguistic diversity, India has a wide geographical diversity. There are five main Physical divisions --- the Northern Mountains, the Northern plains, the peninsular plateau, the Great Indian Desert and the Coastal plains and Islands. this is varied topography has influenced the climate and, In turn, the diet, dress, customs and culture of the people. Inida is home to many religions --- Hindusim Islam, sikhism, Christianity, Buddhism, jainism, etc. Our constitution declars India to be a secular nation with equal respect being giben to each religion. though India is a land of diversity and people have different cultural, religious and regional backgrounds, yet we find an intermingling of different ways of life leading to unity diversity.

भारत में विविधता:

• भारत विविधता का देश है। संस्कृति, परंपराओं, जाति, समुदाय, क्षेत्र, धर्म, भाषा, त्योहारों, आदि के रूप में विविधता मौजूद है। हमारे देश में १२२ बोली जाने वाली भाषाएँ हैं, और यदि कोई बोलियों की संख्या की गणना करता है, तो यह लगभग १,६०० होगा! इस भाषाई विविधता के लिए, भारत में व्यापक भौगोलिक विविधता है। पाँच मुख्य भौतिक विभाजन हैं --- उत्तरी पर्वत, उत्तरी मैदान, प्रायद्वीपीय पठार, महान भारतीय रेगिस्तान और तटीय मैदान और द्वीप। यह विविध स्थलाकृति है जिसने जलवायु और लोगों के आहार, पोशाक, रीति-रिवाजों और संस्कृति को प्रभावित किया है। इनिडा कई धर्मों का घर है --- हिन्दू इस्लाम, सिख धर्म, ईसाई धर्म, बौद्ध धर्म, जैन धर्म, इत्यादि। हमारा संविधान भारत को एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष राष्ट्र होने की घोषणा करता है, जहां प्रत्येक धर्म को समान सम्मान दिया जाता है। हालांकि भारत विविधता का देश है और लोगों की अलग-अलग सांस्कृतिक, धार्मिक और क्षेत्रीय पृष्ठभूमि है, फिर भी हम जीवन के विभिन्न तरीकों को एक-दूसरे से जोड़ते हुए एकता को देखते हैं।
